Quick easy kid friendly meal

Wash and pierce potatoes
brush with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Preheat over at 350 place potaties on baking sheet.
Bake till fork tender.

While waiting place shredded chicken in sauce pan.
Cover with sauce and cook until heated.
Cut potatoes open and push ends break up a bit with fork.
Top evenly with chicken, cheese, and sour cream.
Side with salad and enjoy!!!!
